Trail Running in and around Seattle
Did you know we were founded in Seattle?! Well, we were and we love exploring all the Emerald City has to offer when it comes to trail running. Here are a few of the best places we’d recommend to go on trail runs in and around the city:
- Tiger Mountain State Forest: Located just outside of Seattle, Tiger Mountain State Forest offers a variety of trails that range from easy to challenging. The trails wind through a mix of forests, meadows, and streams, and offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
- St. Edward State Park: St. Edward State Park is a beautiful park located in the northern suburbs of Seattle, and it offers a variety of trails that are perfect for running. The park is home to a mix of forests, meadows, and wetlands, and the trails offer a variety of terrain and scenery.
- Green Lake Park: Green Lake Park is a popular park located in the north central part of Seattle. It features a 3-mile loop around the lake that is perfect for running, as well as a number of other trails that wind through the park's forests and meadows.
- Discovery Park: Located on the western edge of Seattle, Discovery Park is the city's largest park and offers a variety of trails that range from easy to challenging.
